Where we ship from

Shorter Winter is based in Jersey City, New Jersey, United States. All orders are prepared and dispatched from the United States.

Processing time

Each piece is inspected, pressed and packed by hand. Please allow 5 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5–8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 10–13 business days of being placed. Carrier delays, customs clearance and remote destinations can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping is complimentary on every order, to every country we deliver to.

Duties and import taxes

We ship worldwide duty free for you: duties, import taxes and sales tax are included in the price you see. The total at checkout is all you pay, with nothing further to pay on delivery.

Address and delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, write to us at hello@shorterwinter.com as soon as possible; we can update it before your order ships. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right.
