If a piece is not right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Return window
You have 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to send it back. The return must be shipped within these 14 days; the date on your return shipping receipt counts.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
How to return
- Email hello@shorterwinter.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please write to us before sending anything back.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it within 14 days of delivery. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our studio in Jersey City, New Jersey, United States and has been inspected, we will email you and refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
